We have all shaken our heads & grieved at the public leadership failures that have tarnished the churches reputation & made our local jobs pastoring more difficult.

But so often these kinds of failures are avoidable if people simply had safe places of confession & support, & environments of trust & friendship in which they can thrive. Our vision is to make these kind of spaces available.

Our times together will be framed around formation, relationships & rest. We hope to strengthen pastor’s hearts so they can stay the course & thrive in the complexities of todays overwhelming ministry environments.
